Snapzzle is a photo puzzle game made by Hilltop Software LLC ("we", "us"), Arroyo Grande, California, USA. This policy explains what information Snapzzle collects and how we use it.
You need to sign in to play Snapzzle.
We do not collect your location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.
We use this information only to run Snapzzle: to sign you in, save and sync your progress, and provide support.
Snapzzle shows no ads and contains no analytics or tracking tools. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information for advertising. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In and Cloud Firestore are provided by Google LLC, which processes this data on our behalf to provide these services.
We keep your account and game data while your account exists. You can delete it at any time in the app under Account Management > Delete Account. This permanently deletes your Snapzzle account and all game data we store in the cloud. Photos on your device are not affected; delete them from your device or uninstall the app. You can also email us to ask for deletion.
Snapzzle is suitable for all ages and takes part in Google Play's Families program. Playing requires a Google account. Google requires a parent to manage the Google account of a child under 13 (for example through Family Link). We collect only the account and game data described above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, and we never show ads or use analytics. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA, and the EU/UK under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. Use the in-app tools or email us.
Data is encrypted in transit, and Firestore security rules restrict each account's data to that account.
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date.
